Qing Dynasty Ru ware-like celadon Ewer with Animal Foot
A celadon Ewer that was maid in the Qing dynasty in china. This is a reproduction of the celadon porcelain of the Ru ware, one of the five famous kilns of the Northern Song dynasty. The basic color of the Ru ware was a light blue that seemed to contain moisture after rain. The body also imitates the aesthetics of Ru ware, with a uniform shape and a thin rim, and a carefully crafted pottery with small Spur marks during firing. A thunder pattern is carved in relief around the bottom of the mouth, and it emerges slightly due to the difference in the concentration of the glaze. The handle and legs are based on the motif of a animal, and the eyes, ears, and joints are expressed by the shades of the glaze in the rough shape, giving a soft impression. There is no conspicuous flaws. It has good luster throughout and is in good condition.
