From Stone to Hive: A Guided Walk Through the History of Glencolmcille

Join us on Thursday, 20 August, from 12pm to 2pm for a guided walk through the village of Glencolmcille, led by local tour guide David. Discover more about the area’s fascinating history, archaeology and geography, with stories and insights into the landscape and heritage that have shaped Glencolmcille over the centuries. The walk will finish at Donegal Bees, where you’ll be taken on a short tour of our building and given an introduction to what we do, including an overview of beekeeping, beeswax and our work with bees.
