What is Cheddaring and how does it affect the final cheese. We will be discussing this unique technique and tasting through 5 cheeses that utilize the technique, only one of them a true cheddar. Paired with wines. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers. Have a request? Leave us a note!
