Flyin' Miata V2 rear spring (2006-15 NC chassis)

A single Flyin' Miata V2 rear spring for the 2006-15 NC Miata. We have redesigned our rear springs for the NC Miata thanks to customer feedback. They sit 1/2" higher at the rear to avoid droopy butt syndrome. That doesn't sound like much, but it makes a real difference visually. We also took the opportunity to revisit the spring rates based on what we've learned about the NC chassis since we first designed these springs. Based on our Fox setup, we increased the rear spring rate by 20% to decrease "hobby horsing" on certain surfaces and give a flatter, more comfortable ride. In back to back testing both on track and the street, the new setup outperformed the old for both ride comfort and performance. Based on our measurements, the extra weight of the power hardtop is not significant enough to require a change in rear spring rate so we offer a single option for both the soft top and PRHT cars. The front springs were unchanged. If you want to update your current FM spring setup to the new specification, you will need a pair of the new rear springs - they're sold individually. Sorry, we do not have black springs available to color match the fronts if you have an older set. Rate: 240 lb/in Ride height: 13.5" (center of wheel to top of fender opening)
