Originally developed as part of our Behind Seat Dual Battery System, the Ford Ranger Next-Gen & Super Duty Rear Vent Spacer is now available as a standalone product following numerous customer requests. It provides the required clearance between the factory rear cabin vent and a behind-seat battery tray, allowing for a clean, factory-style installation while maintaining the function of the original cabin ventilation system. Manufactured in-house, the kit combines a laser-cut aluminium spacer with a custom 3D-printed vent adapter featuring an integrated foam seal for a secure, airtight fit. All required mounting hardware is included for installation. While it may be suitable for other battery trays or custom applications, this product has only been tested and verified with the Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Behind Seat Dual Battery System.
