20th Century Set of Six Dining Chairs

A good quality set of six 20th century oak dining chairs, comprising two carvers and four single chairs. Each chair features an arched top rail above a fielded panel back, with solid plank seats raised on turned front legs united by stretchers. The carvers are fitted with shaped open arms supported by turned uprights. The chairs display a warm oak colour, attractive grain and a pleasing mellow patina. A well-made, sturdy set with classic country house character.
