Institutional Membership — Annual (Invoice/PO)

Internal product for institutional / purchase-order memberships. NOT sold on the front end (catalog visibility = Hidden). Add this product to a manual order (WooCommerce > Orders > Add order), set the negotiated price on the line item, and mark the order Completed once the PO is paid. Grants the “FlipBook Subscription” membership plan for a fixed 1-year term (non-recurring, no card).
