Sculptural Late Vintage Diamond Coil Ring

A very cool late vintage ring, modeled in 18k yellow gold and platinum, into whose smooth, coiled form clutches of glittering brilliant cut diamonds are nested. These white diamonds (F/G, VS1-2) are held in four-prong, platinum baskets— a trio sits at the center of the ring face, on a slight diagonal, while pairs of diamonds rest in bends at the ring's shoulders. This coiled ring is weighty and very sculptural— its thick, high-polished coils rise off the finger, but remain low-profile enough for frequent wear. This is unusual, luxuriously-made, and very cozy!
