Purchase & Issuance Digital Delivery: Gift vouchers purchased through our website will be delivered electronically to the recipient email address provided at checkout. Accuracy of Recipient Information: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. Ouhout Meubels is not liable for vouchers that are undelivered or delivered to an incorrect email address due to entry errors. Payment Clearance: Online gift vouchers will only be activated and dispatched once full payment has been successfully processed and cleared. 2. Redemption & Usage Where to Redeem: Vouchers can be redeemed online during checkout at our official website, or presented at any of our official showrooms. Partial Balance / Multiple Uses: If the total value of an order is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be forfeited, unless specific prior arrangements are made with Ouhout Meubels pertaining to the specific voucher number. Exceeding Voucher Value: If an order exceeds the available voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method (e.g., Credit Card, EFT, etc). Delivery Fees: Gift vouchers may be applied towards product purchases as well as applicable delivery and assembly charges, unless otherwise specified during a special promotion. 3. Expiry & Validity Purchased Gift Vouchers: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), gift vouchers purchased with monetary value are valid for 3 (three) years from the date of issue. Promotional / Complimentary Vouchers: Vouchers issued free of charge, as part of a marketing campaign, competition, or custom promotional offer, are valid only for the specific promotional period stated on the voucher (e.g., 30 or 60 days). Expired Vouchers: Once a voucher has expired, any remaining balance becomes void and cannot be extended, re-issued, or refunded. 4. Restrictions Non-Refundable & Cash Conversion: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash, nor can they be transferred for monetary payment. Combining Discounts: Purchased gift vouchers may be combined with promotional discount codes unless explicitly restricted in specific promotional terms. Resale Prohibited: Vouchers may not be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes. 5. Returns & Refunds on Voucher Purchases If a product purchased using a gift voucher is returned and approved for a refund in accordance with our standard Return & Cancellation Policy, the refund will be credited back to a store credit or a new digital gift voucher. Cash or credit card refunds will not be issued for transactions completed via gift vouchers. 6. Risk, Lost or Stolen Vouchers The risk of loss and title for digital vouchers passes to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the designated recipient. Ouhout Meubels is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of gift voucher codes. Please safeguard your voucher code as you would cash. 7. Fraud & Right to Cancel Ouhout Meubels reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any gift voucher order if fraud, unauthorized duplication, or misuse is suspected. In such cases, any associated orders may also be cancelled without prior notice. 8. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be updated directly on this page and will apply to all vouchers issued after the modification date.
