Foursquare Epilogue

This is the final release of the Exceptional Cask Selection from the hugely revered Foursquare distillery in Barbados. The ECS series has always been sought by rum enthusiasts for its long ageing and dedication to purity. This final release (Mark XXXI) has been distilled on the copper double retort pot still and continuous column at Foursquare and then aged for a minimum of 19 years in ex Bourbon cask. The result is surprisingly delicate for a long aged rum, and is an essential in any rum lovers collection.
