Born on the banks of the River Clyde, Shipyard Gin carries the soul of Scotland’s working heart. Shipyard Gin was founded by Andy Samuel whose grandfather was a plater at Scott’s Shipbuilding and Engineering. Distilled in small batches with precision, heart and heritage. This small batch gin is expertly balanced and infused with botanicals such as juniper, gorse and elderflower to create a clean, citrus flavour with hints of coconut and vanilla. Nose: Juniper with fresh pine and citrus zest from orange, lemon, and lime peel. Elderflower, gorse and heather with earthy notes of orris and angelica. Palate: Classic and clean with fresh juniper, lively citrus, sweet elderflower and dry heather. Coriander adds gentle spice while angelica brings balance and structure. Finish: Crisp and dry with notes of juniper, floral tones and a hint of lime.
