2021 Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville

The 2021 vintage opens with aromas of dark mixed berries, blackberry pie, bay leaf, chocolate-covered espresso beans, toffee, and black olive tapenade excite the senses. Upon entry, the palate is plush and velvety, coated with mixed berry flavors supported by firm and fine-grain tannin. A long, juicy finish that is almost saccharine with trailing notes of caramelized sugar. Rich and full, this Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is incredibly age-worthy.
