Victoria Atao – Coffee Collective

A washed SL9 from Victoria Atao in Cusco, Peru, roasted for filter by Coffee Collective in Copenhagen. Grown at 2230 metres, it is very floral with a crisp acidity, showing elderflower, bergamot, kiwi, and honeydew. Sold in a 200 g bag. SL9 is known locally as Gesha Inca, a low-yielding variety that was long overlooked in the district and is only now being planted seriously at high altitude. Coffee Collective paid 28.6 USD/kg green for this lot.
