St Jude - IFFLEY ROAD
A soft, wrinkly cow’s milk cheese inspired by the French cheese St Marcellin; its rich and buttery flavour sits alongside a light, whipped texture. The milk, from a herd of Montbéliarde cows, is used whilst still warm and the curd is set slowly before being hand ladled into moulds. Made with raw cow's milk and animal rennet in Wheatacre, Norfolk.
