Gros de Sel The Gros de Sel (our personal favorite) is a large loaf with generous portions of olive oil, sea salt and herbs on the open top which has a perfect crust. All of Babette's loaves are naturally leavened, also referred to as sourdough. and made from artisanal flour, known for being minimally processed which helps to retain nutrition and flavor from high quality grains harvested from sustainable farms. Saturday Only Please Read before ordering! Currently we are receiving deliveries from Babette's on Saturday afternoon, you are placing a pre-order to reserve product for pickup on Saturday after 1pm. Orders must be received by 8 am Wednesday morning. If you would like to check availability in store please contact us directly. The bread loaves have a high moisture content and freeze well, but we recommend same day pickup for best quality. Pastries are best used within 24 hours of baking.
