Overview 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape PX5015 is a high-performance double-sided acrylic foam tape designed for automotive exterior attachment applications. It features a 1.52 mm dark gray acrylic foam core with 3M™ ZX pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides. As the thickest standard grade in the 3M™ PX5000 Series, PX5015 provides excellent conformability, wet-out and stress relaxation for components with complex contours or demanding bonding geometries. Its ZX adhesive is designed to provide robust adhesion to low surface energy (LSE) plastics, medium surface energy (MSE) substrates and suitable automotive paint systems, supporting primerless bonding in appropriate applications.
