Barcelona - Create Your Imaginary Family Album

Introduction This event is focused on turning your sketchbook into a beautiful and weird family album. We will use found vintage images to create a colourful creative art journal, where past and present will meet together. We will both work on creating eye-catching backgrounds for the sketchbook pages, and on decorating the portraits that will be placed on top of them. I will lead the workshop offering guidance and knowledge of my processes and techniques for manipulating images. A variety of unusual colourful materials will be used as washi tape, stickers and pens, including vintage photographs and/or postcards. Important Notes All materials are provided, but you can bring your own family photos and sketchbook if you want (I will bring colourful papers instead of a sketchbook per person) The class will be held in English (I am Italian, so I can also speak Italian if you prefer).
