Barrister Mumbai gin is the most Indian gin And this is reflected both in the original design and in the recipe. Adding the extract of the bark of the cinchona tree to the recipe of the Advocate gin makes it possible to easily prepare the very cult Gin. The tonic is simply diluted with gin soda! Quinine gives gin a special authentic bitterness inherent in the original Indian tonic water.
