Grapefruits are a fabulous addition to any garden! They are actually a mix of sweet Orange and Pomelo, We grow 4 different varieties - Star Ruby, Rio Red, Flame and the original yellow Marsh. They are all perfect for your backyard or balcony! The Star Ruby Grapefruit is a medium-large citrus fruit variety with thin yellow skin that has a pink blush. It has beautiful red flesh that is sweet, tangy and virtually seedless. An amazing fruit that's great for both eating fresh and also for juicing. The Rio Red Grapefruit has a deeper colour than the Ruby Red, it is less acidic, and is sweeter. The plump fruit of the Rio Red is covered in a smooth, yellow rind that is easy to peel. The Flame Grapefruit is sweet and mildly tangy, with red flesh and a pinker rind. It is very juicy, making it ideal for juicing and eating raw. It has a strong classic grapefruit flavor, which might be too strong for some people. But grapefruit lovers will enjoy its intensity. This variety is also more cold tolerant than other pink grapefruits. The Marsh Grapefruit is a large yellow fruit that is sweet and slightly acidic. The fruits are usually seedless.
