A mandarin peel summer ale cofermented with Viognier pummice from The Other Right's wine. The citrus flavours from the mandarin peel are quite punchy, but there are subtle floral nuances from the Viognier's interaction with the wheat. Country of Origin Australia ABV 6.1% WHO ARE WILDFLOWER BREWING? Wildflower was co-founded in 2016 by brothers-in-law Topher Boehm and Chris Allen. Since opening, they have remained focused on making balanced, nuanced beer that are welcoming and nourishing.
