Valterra Rubber Tank Grommet – 1½″ & 3″

Install a drain connection in a polyethylene caravan, motorhome or RV holding tank with a Valterra rubber tank grommet. Choose the grommet size to match your drain pipe and required tank opening. Choose the correct size 1½″ pipe: requires a 2½″ hole in the tank. 3″ pipe: requires a 3⅞″ hole in the tank. Measure both the drain pipe and tank opening before ordering. The pipe inserts through the fitted rubber grommet to form the connection. Installation Cut the specified hole size in a compatible polyethylene holding tank. Fit the rubber grommet securely into the tank opening. Insert the correctly sized drain pipe through the grommet. Secure the connection with a suitable hose clamp, sold separately.
