How to Use Always heat each wheat bag separately. Do not heat both wheat bags together. Extra Long Wheat Bag Heat for 2–3 minutes in a microwave. Neck & Shoulder Wheat Bag Heat for up to 2 minutes in a microwave. Safe Heating Reduce the heating time for higher-powered microwaves. If your wheat bags are used regularly, lightly mist the fabric surface with clean water before heating. Do not soak them. Ensure each wheat bag can rotate freely on the microwave turntable. Never leave the microwave unattended while heating. Carefully check the temperature before placing a wheat bag against your skin. Children should always be supervised by an adult when using a wheat bag, and the temperature should be checked carefully before use. Allow each wheat bag to cool completely before reheating. Never heat for longer than the recommended time. Only use a heated wheat bag for direct application to the body. Do not cover it with blankets, pillows or warm clothing, and never use it under bedding where heat can become trapped. For Cooling Place each wheat bag inside a clean plastic bag.
