Floratam St. Augustine also known as A&M Grass, was first released by the University of Florida and Texas A&M in the early 1970s. Floratam is drought and shade tolerant, blue green in color, and suited for both commercial and residential projects. Floratam is described as course in texture with long wide blades. All of our grass is locally grown and cut fresh to order. *Due to the weight of each pallet we recommend you use a 3/4 ton truck or bigger to pick up grass. You may also bring a trailer to pick up grass.
