Part of the first Kilchoman Family Collection, this 18 Year Old comes from casks set aside during the Wills family's annual review of maturing stock, each release in the series chosen individually by the five members of the distillery's founding family. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and drawn from heavily peated barley (50ppm) malted at Port Ellen, it carries Kilchoman's traditional peat profile through nearly two decades in oak. Bottled at 50% abv.
