Nose: Some sweet aromatic peat smoke with a softer side of vanilla and soft spices, some golden honeycomb and springtime floral aromas. Palate: A surprisingly rich start to the palate almost creamy and citrus notes to the front, with a sweet orange blossom and honey flavour leading us to a nicely balanced peat and smoke, as we head into a finish of gentle smoke that's flowing elegantly from the mid palate, some vanilla and subtle creamy citrus.
