Corporate Membership

PLEASE ADD COMPANY NAME AT CHECK OUT GOA Corporate Membership may provide important legal protections. While GOA considers Caliber Club members to be GOA members, Corporate Membership establishes a more formal membership relationship between GOA and the business itself through annual dues—a traditional element of organizational membership. This provides greater certainty when a GOA legal victory or injunction extends relief specifically to “GOA Members.” When GOA prevails in court, judges may no longer issue “universal” injunctions and instead may limit relief to specified persons or entities—sometimes described generally as “GOA Members.” Corporate Members may be included within the scope of such relief. Coverage is subject to the specific terms of the applicable court order and the circumstances of each case. GOA Corporate Memberships are valid for one year and must be renewed annually to maintain active membership status. Membership cost is based on company size. Each Corporate Membership provides protection only to the covered entity and does not extend to its officers, directors, employees, agents, or other affiliated individuals or entities. Corporate Membership also includes complimentary GOA memberships for individuals associated with the business, whereas Caliber Club membership does not. Each Corporate Member is entitled to a coupon code that may be used by eligible employees who wish to become GOA members, up to the number specified for the applicable Corporate Membership level. Membership dues for those employees will be considered paid by the Corporation.
