Aultmore 'North Star' 12 years old 57.7%

This expression, distilled at Aultmore Distillery in 2013 has spent twelve years maturing in a single First Fill Hogshead before being bottled without chill filtration or dilution by North Star in 2025. The nose opens up with juicy aromas of ripe peaches and apricots alongside hints of foggy moss. On the palate there is creamy salted porridge with a healthy dollop of brown sugar and more peaches rounding out the finish.
