👨🏼🌾 Champagne made by Alexandre Lamblot. A champagne that evolves from one year to the next: for this 2021 edition, Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay come together in a blend composed of half 2021 vintage and half the estate's perpetual reserve. Meunier leads the way, bringing a generous and fleshy character with notes of pear, apple, some citrus fruits, and a touch of dried fruits, while the palate retains excellent tension and a beautiful saline finish.
