The cool-climate Adelaide Hills is idyllic for producing this crisp, citrus driven style of dry Riesling. The Lost Watch name dates back to Greg Trott, the man who rebuilt Wirra Wirra from ruins. After losing a watch, a precious gift from his father, Trott refused to own another timepiece. He claimed to tell the time from the position of the sun, a notable, yet impractical statement.
