Gaga Estate is a two-acre Arabica farm owned and operated by Tedd Karaya in Kenya’s Nandi region, sitting between 1,800 and 2,000 masl. Tedd has farmed this land for over a decade, growing the Ruiru variety alongside a small team. The farm uses organic manure rather than chemical fertilisers, helping maintain healthy soils while supporting the quality and character of the coffee. At this scale, Tedd remains closely involved in every stage of production. In the cup, this coffee is bright, juicy and vibrant, with a lively citrus acidity and plenty of fruit character.
