Every cookie is baked fresh in our own kitchens, packed into our signature box and sent by express post. Thick, generously filled and soft in the middle. The way they should be. How to build your box Choose your size. Six cookies to a box. Pick every flavour. Select each cookie individually — six of the same, six different, or anything in between. Add a message. Attach a handwritten postcard at checkout if it is going to someone else. Choose delivery or pickup. Express post Australia-wide, or collect from your nearest Brooki store. Flavours you can choose from Our core range is always available: Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, Nutella, Biscoff, New York (dark chocolate and walnut), White Choc Macadamia and Bueno. Alongside those we run limited monthly specials and seasonal flavours, so the list changes through the year — whatever is baking that month appears in the selector above. Who a build-your-own box is for It is the box people order when they already know what they like. Households where nobody agrees, a birthday for someone with one specific favourite, a thank-you where a mixed box feels too generic, or a first Brooki order where you want to try the range properly rather than take our word for it. Freshness and storage Every cookie is baked to order in our own kitchens — we do not bake ahead and hold stock. Cookies are best within five days of arriving. Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature, and warm one for ten seconds in the microwave if you want the middle soft again. They freeze well for up to three months.
