Prairie Winds - paper pattern

'Prairie Winds'... this design features two classic blocks (... & you know how I love a classic quilt block!). The first is a modification of a block called 'Kansas Troubles' that is used for the quilt center. The second block is a classic 'Log Cabin' block - set to create the effect of a scallop design for the border.
