NZIPP Member Sponsorship Raffle This raffle has been created as a way for NZIPP members to become part of the 2026 Iris Awards and Conference experience in a meaningful and accessible way. Rather than traditional sponsorship packages, these raffle draws give members the opportunity to personally support and be visibly involved in specific parts of the event—whether as an individual photographer or under their business name. Each winning ticket provides recognition during the event, on-screen branding opportunities, and the chance to directly contribute to the atmosphere and experience of the Iris Awards and Conference. All draws are exclusive to current NZIPP members. What’s Included Depending on the draw, winners may receive: Naming recognition for a category, event, or activation Logo placement on venue screens The option to provide a 30-second promotional video Verbal acknowledgement during live judging or conference sessions Opportunities to present awards or open events If a video is not supplied, NZIPP can instead display your logo or branding graphic. The Draws Draw 1 — Creative Portrait Category Sponsorship Sponsor the Creative Portrait category during the Iris Awards live judging. Category Sponsorship Includes Sponsorship recognition attached to the category Branding displayed on venue screens Option to provide a 30-second promotional video Recognition during the live judging Branding on Iris Awards website The winner may use either their personal name or business name for sponsorship branding. You do not need to provide a prize for this (unless of course you want to!) NZIPP will take care of the prize for the winners. Draw 2 — Judges’ Morning Tea Sponsorship (Day 1) Includes Recognition throughout the day’s live judging stream Logo or branding displayed on venue screens Option to provide a 30-second promotional video Draw 3 — Judges’ Morning Tea Sponsorship (Day 2) Includes Recognition throughout the day’s live judging stream Logo or branding displayed on venue screens Option to provide a 30-second promotional video Draw 4 — Judges’ Morning Tea Sponsorship (Day 3) Includes Recognition throughout the day’s live judging stream Logo or branding displayed on venue screens Option to provide a 30-second promotional video Draw 5 — Trans Tasman Trophy Sponsorship Sponsor the presentation of the Trans Tasman Trophy at the Gala Awards Ceremony. Includes Recognition associated with the award Opportunity to present the trophy on stage at the Gala Awards Opportunity to give a short speech, or nominate someone to present on your behalf Branding displayed during the conference event on TV’s, branding on Iris Awards website Please note: A Gala Awards ticket is not included. Draw 6 — Jingo Social Event Sponsorship Sponsor Jingo, the Friday night social event following the conference. Includes Naming rights for the event Opportunity to officially open the evening Logo or 30-second promotional video displayed on venue screens Recognition throughout the evening Draw 7 — Print Auction Sponsorship Sponsor the Thursday evening Print Auction. Includes Naming rights for the Print Auction Opportunity to officially open the event Logo or 30-second promotional video displayed on venue screens Recognition during the evening Draw 8 — Official Event Bar Sponsorship Sponsor the official event bar throughout the Iris Awards judging and conference. Includes Naming rights for the event bar Branding displayed on venue screens Option to provide a 30-second promotional video Recognition throughout the event Important Information Sponsorship prizes are not transferable to another category or event. Sponsorship may be promoted under either the winner’s personal name or business name. All sponsorship names, branding and promotional material must be appropriate and approved by New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography. Winners will be contacted following the draw regarding branding requirements and artwork/video deadlines. Raffle participation is exclusive to current NZIPP members.
