Macon-Villages Les Heritiers du Comte Lafon 2025

This is the entry-level wine for the range and is composed of a bit of each appellation where the domaine has vines: Uchizy, Viré, Chardonnay, and Bussières (lieux-dits including En Prôle, La Reine, Le Saugey, Massa, and Bief). Classic styled Mâcon which shows plenty of apple, mineral and nuts in the nose. Crisp acidity provides great freshness and tension. Deeply textured, this wine has plenty of richness and length that will make you wonder how Lafon makes such great wine from this appellation. Screw caps.
