#13 IPA Series - NZ Forest IPA

6.5% ABV 440ml For #13 in our IPA series, fresh pine needles steep through both the mash and boil, with every drop passing through a carved seasoned cypress log on its way to the kettle. The cypress and pine come straight from our mates at Tramroad Forest Services. A beautifully weird and woodsy process. Pouring a radiant deep golden colour, the nose bursts with fresh citrus zest, lemon verbena, and a whisper of pine resin. Southern Cross and Waimea drive bold grapefruit, evergreen, and resinous spice, while Motueka and Riwaka layer in lemon blossom, fresh herbs, and a lift of passionfruit. A clean Pilsner, Munich, and wheat malt base keeps everything grounded without getting in the way. The finish is long, piney, and gloriously wild. WATCH THE BREW DAY HERE!
