Flavours: Medium-bodied, juicy and lively. Dark berries lead the palate, with black cherry, bramble and plum supported by fine tannins and a peppery backbone. The oak is discreet, adding a little roundness and spice rather than obvious toast. The finish is balanced, fresh and persistent.
