Its full aluminium construction uses 20mm honeycomb panels and CNC-cut extrusions for a strong, rattle-free setup that’s sealed tight against water, dust and wind. The 280GSM blackout canvas, thermal lining, and triple-layer entry protection keep you warm, dry and shaded, while the built-in ventilation fan and AC access port ensure airflow in all climates. Inside, a plush 60mm memory foam mattress and anti-condensation mat offer sleep-in comfort, with LED lighting, USB charging, and storage throughout. The AX-580 also comes fully loaded with German gas struts, two roof racks, dual shoe bags, and a 2.3m powder-coated ladder — everything you need to hit the road, already included.
