Simply remove your current watch band and fit using the screw or spring-pin method (whichever is applicable to your watch). Band, pins and pin removal tools included. Note some bands in the 22mm range come with either spring pins or screw-on pins depending on the original release date of the product. If the type included differs from the original used on your watch, then utilise the existing pins on the current band you have.
