Calling all fruity coffee lovers - this one is for you! Lightly roasted and naturally processed, Shoondhisa is bursting with juicy berry character, bright acidity, and sweet, dessert-like flavors. We love this coffee so much that we bring it back year after year, and every harvest gives us another reason to be excited about it. Tasting Notes Dried blueberry, caramel, and berry cobbler make for a seriously juicy cup, balanced by bright, lemony acidity and sweet milk chocolate. A moderately thick body gives it some weight, while a lightly sweet quality keeps the finish clean and lively. Bright, sweet, and wonderfully fruit-forward. The organically grown cherries are naturally processed at Suke’s centralized drying station, where the coffee seed dries inside the fruit, helping create the juicy and fruit-forward character you’ll find in the cup.
