This 50/50 blend is comprised of experimentally processed coffee from Unblended's Young Producer Development Lot and a washed Peru from Pangoa Jovenes, both groups empowering the next generation of coffee. Flavor We taste chocolate-covered strawberries and orange marmalade with a heavy body. A touch more developed than a medium roast, but with a perfect balance of clear fruit notes that's smooth and syrupy.
