The Sanremo Café Racer is the only machine in the professional line where the finish was not chosen afterwards, but designed as an integral part of the product. The NakedThis variant showcases the mechanics through transparent side panels — the cables, pipes, and boilers as an open design element. Renegade It features oxidized copper, bronze, and handcrafted leather details. The Dolomites combines black stainless steel with hand-stitched black leather. White & Wood combines a matte white casing with natural oak. Behind every version lies the same technical basis: a Multi-boiler system with four independent PID control points, AISI 316L Stainless steel groups, each weighing 8 kg of pure steel, and a three-stage boiler system for maximum thermal stability under operating load. The exterior may change; the precision inside remains the same. Four PID control points and AISI 316L Brewing units The Café Racer's multi-boiler system is powered by four independent PID control points monitored — a configuration that allows separate electronic temperature control of the brewing water, preheating circuit, steam boiler and group temperature. The choice of materials underscores this claim: brewing groups, portafilters and boilers are entirely made of AISI 316L stainless steel manufactured to be corrosion-resistant, limescale-resistant and thermally constant. The AISI 316L Brewing units Each weighs 8 kg of pure steel: a thermal mass that independently buffers temperature fluctuations before the control electronics need to intervene. A dedicated preheating boiler (1.0 L with two groups, 1.5 L (in three groups) the brewing water is tempered before it reaches the stainless steel group boilers. The electronic pre-infusion It allows up to four individually programmable profiles per group with 0.1-second precision. The high-performance volumetric counters dispense precisely into the cup; the electronically adjustable steam pressure regulator keeps the steam pressure constant at 0.02 bar — even when all groups and the steam wand are in simultaneous operation. Individual group display, cold touch and automatic operation Each brew group of the Café Racer has a own display, which displays all extraction parameters in real time — supplemented by a higher-level System display with a complete overview of all machine parameters. Operation is via Smart Touch setting directly at the individual group panel. The Cold-touch steam plants made of AISI 316L Stainless steel components are fitted as standard and remain cold to the touch even after intensive use. The electronic level sensor It fills the boiler automatically and maintains it at the set water level — without manual intervention. The temperature of the programmable cup warmer It can be adapted to the respective room and operating conditions. The automatic group cleaning cycle The cleaning of the brewing groups is carried out programmatically — an independent function, separate from the manual group flushing button. The integrated auto-diagnostic system logs consumption quantities, operating hours and maintenance intervals; the programmable maintenance intervals can be configured by liters or consumption. The automatic on/off timer with day-off function controls operating times with day-by-day precision. Energy saving management It combines component insulation with intelligent electronic control for reduced power consumption during operational breaks. The quick maintenance access It allows easy access to all internal components without complex disassembly. Group flushing, boiler water regeneration, and LED work surface lighting complete the standard features. Thirteen versions — Standard and Slim The Café Racer is available in two body styles: standard and SLIMThe SLIM housing, with identical technical specifications and basic dimensions, features a more streamlined appearance—fewer chrome details, cleaner lines. All variants are available in two-group and three-group configurations; optionally in the Tall version.
