Grown in the Val do Salnés, the coolest and most Atlantic corner of Rías Baixas, this Albariño is built on granite and sea air. Forjas del Salnés farms for tension over weight, and it shows: the wine is taut and saline rather than tropical. Cut grass, white flowers and lime zest carry a briny snap, with green apple underneath, and granitic minerality drives a fine-boned, salty finish.
