Flavor notes: Strong Brandy, Sweet Strawberry, Black Tea, Oak Finish This limited-release coffee is the result of a year-long collaboration between Ragamuffin Coffee Roasters and Ventura Spirits. We selected our Ethiopia Adado Natural Process coffee for its vibrant strawberry character and aged the green coffee for 12 months in a barrel that previously held Strawberry Thief VSOP Brandy. Distilled from organic California strawberries and aged for more than five years in French oak, Strawberry Thief imparted subtle layers of spirit character while enhancing the coffee's natural fruit-forward profile. The result is a remarkably complex cup that bridges the worlds of coffee and craft spirits, showcasing notes of strong brandy, sweet strawberry, black tea, and a lingering oak finish.
