Yuzu & Mānuka Leaf Soda Syrup

For our latest experimental syrup we're taking you somewhere a little unexpected: Yuzu & Mānuka Leaf. This bright, aromatic syrup is made with yuzu from our own orchard, bringing that distinctive citrus zing that sits somewhere between grapefruit, mandarin, and lemon. Paired with mānuka leaf – long prized in Rongoā Māori for its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties – it's a combination that's vibrant, floral and delicious. Citrus-forward, botanically grounded, and unlike anything we've made before. Here for a good time, not a long time! Ingredients: Filtered Water, Fair Trade Organic Cane Sugar, Yuzu Juice, Yuzu Peel, Manuka Leaf, Citric Acid, Salt This is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This is a syrup for Sodastream, Sparkler or any home soda maker. Bottle contains 500mL of syrup.
