Aakash Herbal Blend-Ayurvedic

A blend of cardamom, saffron, licorice, fennel, ginger, cinnamon, rosebuds, lemongrass and the scent of roses. This Ayurvedic blend focuses on Space, one of the five great elements mentioned in many ancient texts - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Aakash is the Indian word for Sky. Our Ayurvedic blends have been specially developed by a herbalist expert following the traditions of Ayurvedic medicine. But, unlike many other herbal blends, these taste great! STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Use 1 heaped Tbsp. herbs per 8 oz. cup. Pour boiling water over leaves. Steep 5 mins. Milk should not be added. Store in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
