Adega do Mato is situated right on the innermost border of the Vinho Verde, surrounded by pine forests & close to the Tâmega river, creating special conditions for the production of wines with a unique character! Adega do Mato means ‘wine cellar in the bush’, due to the winery being located in an area of unique scrubland which is a result of being in the transition zone between the Vinho Verde & Trás-os-Montes.This elegant white blend combines three classic Vinho Verde varieties: Arinto brings crisp acidity and citrus notes, Azal contributes floral aromatics and minerality, and Loureiro adds delicate stone fruit flavors and aromatic complexity. Together, these grapes create a harmonious, refreshing wine that captures the essence of the region's terroir, perfect for warm afternoons or pairing with light seafood dishes.
