Beef Massaman Curry (850g)

Beef Brisket Massaman Curry Made in-house using Bell Valley Beef Briskets, slowly braised for 12 hours in the Massaman Sauce. We have then added steamed chat potatoes and confit shallots. Perfect for date night, entertaining, or when you want something special at home. Add fresh coriander for a nice garnish or crushed peanuts work really well. Rice not included Serves: Total 850g, serves 2-3 Cooking Instructions: Tray is microwave & oven safe. Oven (Frozen): 160°C for 40 minutes Oven (Thawed): 160°C for 30 minutes Microwave (Frozen): Defrost setting covered for 8-10 minutes stirring throughout, then microwave on High for 4-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
