Join us for a full day of Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana and more, with 140+ TCG vendors expected under one roof. 📍 EVENT DETAILS Matheos Hall 409 Old Coachman Road Clearwater, FL 33765 📅 Saturday, October 10, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 🎟️ Free Admission 🚗 Free Parking 🎟️ VENDOR TABLE OPTIONS All vendor tables are 6 ft tables. Section A – $150 per table Premium placement in the main event area. Section B – $125 per table Standard vendor placement. Please review the vendor floor plan before selecting your section. ⏰ VENDOR SETUP Vendor load-in and setup begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors should be fully set up and ready for guests prior to doors opening at 10:00 AM. 📋 VENDOR POLICIES Tablecloths are required on all vendor tables. Vendor tables are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another vendor. Any co-vendors or businesses sharing a table must be approved in advance. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment and valuables. Final load-in, parking and event instructions will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE Purchasing a vendor table constitutes your commitment to participate in the event.
