Holiday Needle Felted Pouch Creating Beautiful Needle Felted Designs on a Felted Pouch Finished Project: Needle felting is a fun way to take roving or wool yarn and dress up things that may need a little upgrade. You can make pumpkins, flowers, leaves, snowflakes, you dream it, you can probably felt it. It is like painting with wool. In this class we will be exploring some different design techniques to make a pouch uniquely all your own or as a lovely gift to give for the holidays. Skills Needed: No previous skills needed Skills you will gain: You will learn the basic tools and techniques for using wool to apply designs onto a felt item. We will also go over some design basics and the art of using different materials to create interest and movement. Supplies: A Fibres of Life Felted Pouch (Any Size), Set of Felting Needles, Wool Roving in the colors you would like to use. Optional Items: Little pieces of scrap wool yarn, fun fabric, embroidery thread, buttons or charms All supplies purchased for the class will be 10% off.
