This fused herb oil is robust with floral complex notes of thyme with a gentle peppery finish. Use with Mediterranean cuisine – lovely anywhere dried or fresh thyme might be used onmeats, seafood and salads. Fabulous drizzled over sautéed vegetables. Mind-blowing with roasted potatoes.
